30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
- Items must have all original tags attached (if applicable)
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack items securely in original or similar packaging
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our pre-loved inventory, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
