Second Snuggles is committed to meeting AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) standards and WCAG 2.1 AA.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and landmarks.
  • Keyboard navigation throughout the site. "Skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Colour contrast meets WCAG AA ratios.
  • All product images have alt text describing the item.
  • Forms have associated labels; errors are announced to assistive technology.
  • Animation respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting.

Known gaps we're working on

  • Formal accessibility audit by a third-party auditor — on the roadmap before full public launch.
  • Alternative text format for policies and guides.
