Shipping

Where we ship

Canada-wide. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost

• Flat rate: $12 CAD on orders under $100.
• Free: on orders of $100 or more.

Timing

We ship within 2 business days of an order being placed. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your region; remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also see tracking in your order history.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package doesn't arrive within 14 business days, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] — we'll open a carrier claim and make it right.
