Using our site
By placing an order with Second Snuggles, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 or have your parent/guardian's permission. Orders are subject to inventory availability — items are one-of-one and can sell between cart and checkout.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Ontario HST applies where required; qualifying children's clothing and footwear are taxed at the GST-only rate per CRA rules. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total at checkout.

Condition grading
We grade each item as New with tags, Like new, Excellent, Good, or Play condition. We describe visible flaws in the listing. Minor wear consistent with the stated grade is not a defect. If an item arrives materially different from the listing, we'll make it right.
Safety
We do not sell recalled or safety-restricted children's items. If you believe an item we listed is unsafe, email us at [email protected] and we will investigate immediately.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
