Returns

14 days, no questions asked

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Choose refund to original payment method or store credit — whichever you prefer.

What's eligible

• Unworn items in the condition they were received.
• All categories except final-sale clearance items (clearly marked on the listing).

How to start a return

1. Start a return on the returns portal.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
3. Drop the package at Canada Post.
4. Once we inspect the item, we issue your refund (5–7 business days) or store credit (instant).

If something's wrong

If an item arrives materially different from the listing — a missed flaw, wrong size, wrong item — email us before returning. We'll sort it out and cover the return shipping.

Return shipping cost

For change-of-mind returns, the $8 return label cost is deducted from your refund. For our-mistake returns, it's free.
